Baby in a Pumpkin

Stratton was the biggest sport ever! He let us put him in this freezing cold pumpkin to snap a few pictures. We could not get a smile, but we still are happy with the pictures! Happy October!

Thanks, Shelli!

So big and fun

Stratton is getting to be so much fun! We are able to do many things with him that we think he is already starting to enjoy. We know we are sure getting a kick out of it!
{Reading books before bed}
{Taking walks on beautiful fall days}
{Sitting on the couch and talking with mom and dad}
{Just being plain cute!}
{Hanging out with Dad before church}
{Sitting by himself in his chair}
 We love you Stratton!

3 Months

Stratton is the big 3 months! We can hardly believe it!! He is such a fun little guy! Full of energy and joy! He is mostly all smiles. We love him to pieces and can't seem to get enough!
At 3 months Stratton:
Loves to sit and stand like he is a big boy.
Suck on his hands. Always.
Plays with his toes.
Gurgles and jibber-jabbers.
Talks to anyone who will talk back.
Laughs and smiles.
Eats ALL the time!

Love my job!

I want to give a quick shout out to my job and what a blessing it is for me and our family. I truly am so thankful that I have the opportunity to be an academic advisor in the College of Agriculture at USU. The people I get to work with are phenomenal! They value everyone as member of the team, ask for (and appreciate) everyone's opinions, and mostly, they are just straight nice! Such a wonderful breath of fresh air! I know that Heavenly Father is watching out for me and is mindful of my wants and needs. It sure doesn't hurt that it is only 30 hours a week either. That means more time at home with my little man!
Yes, life is good!

Family Temple Trips

The Brigham City Temple is dedicated and finished! What a blessing it will be to have another temple so close to home! It sure brings a special spirit to the area. Our family was lucky enough to go through the open house two times with ALL of our family members. What a special thing. Family is so important! We are grateful we have such loving and  caring family around to support us! Thanks everyone for helping us become better each day! Love you all!
