Yesterday I got a wild hair to make zucchini jam. I was thinking about how much zucchini I have and was wondering what in the world to do with it all. I have never had zucchini jam before, but I've heard how easy and yummy it is. I figured I should try it out!

It turned out great and it was so simple to make! I found 2 recipes that I tried: Peach Zucchini Jam and Raspberry Zucchini Jam.The zucchini really did take on the flavor of the fruit jello I added! The best part is that it is yummy and very inexpensive to make! If anyone one wants to try it out please get some zucchini from me!
