Here she is!! 35 Teal Loop! Bryce and I have been looking at houses for quite a while now. We really are sick of paying rent! We know we will be in Logan for awhile, so we figure why not take the plunge and buy a home! We are really excited that we finally found the perfect one! We worked with a great realtor, Mary Ann Grover, and looked at a lot of homes. We liked some of them but none of them really felt right. When we went in this one, about a month ago, we both felt really good about it. We made and offer and after a lot of work meeting different conditions for the loan, we are ready to close! We close Monday, February 14, and we can move in the following Friday.
This is a big deal! We feel so grown up to be making such a big decision! But, we know it's right! We could not be happier with the way things have been going! We are so blessed to be able to be doing such a thing!
This is so great! I can't believe you guys are buying a house! Ca-RAZY! And so freakin exciting! Congrats!
